Varna was elected for the best city to live in Bulgaria, according to the special research of DarikNews.bg On the second and third place are rated Plovdiv and Veliko Turnovo. The capital of Bulgaria takes the 4thplace of the ranking. These cities are followed by Burgas, Ruse, Stara Zagora, Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Kurdjali. The city with least points is Pernik.

Varna is the city, managed to gather the maximum 10 points in 6 criteria and the maximum 5 points in other 7 criteria of 40 measures in common.

The good geographical location, along with Burgas was the one of categories in which Varna takes 10 points. Another maximum the city receives also for the many 24- hour pharmacies, for shop which work till late, Varna is among the cities, in which one can get qualified education. Cultural live is up to standard, there are theaters, cinemas and opera, festivals and concerts are organized.
