VARNA TOWERS – THE TWO TOWERS FROM WHICH EVERYBODY SEES EVERYTHING .
VARNA TOWERS is a complex which combines shopping-entertainment centre and office spaces. Primary investor of the project is Varna Towers Ltd., which in 2007 received the prestigious sertificate for first class investor, annually given by InvestBulgaria Agency. Varna Towers Ltd. was specially established for the realization of the Varna Towers project.
Partners in the company are Densi M Ltd. and City Center Ltd. Author of the project is the architectural bureau of Stanimir Mihaylov, which was also responsible for the project of Central Mall Veliko Tarnovo. The unique construction was created by a team led by prof. eng. Barakov, Head of Constructions Department in UACEG. The VIK and OVI plans were prepared by Eco System Engineering, (team leader - eng. Yordan Angelov; electro projecting – eng. Borislav Boychev).
The project was chiefly implemented by Top Build Ltd. Disposition and characteristics The Varna Towers complex is located at the busiest junction in the city and faces the central Vladislav Varnenchik Boulevard, offering excellent access for both cars and pedestrians.<!--[if !supportLists]--> - <!--[endif]-->The shopping-entertainment center has 80.000 sq.m. total built up area of which lease area is 30 000 sq.m. <!--[if !supportLists]-->- <!--[endif]-->The two towers have the height of 70 m. and office spaces reach the total of 17 000 sq.m.
Every tower offers premium class A offices.<!--[if !supportLists]--> - <!--[endif]-->Varna Towers offers 800 underground and surface car parking spaces Besides the combination of shopping-entertainment and office spaces, Varna Towers disposes of unique facilities. Every tower offers an attraction: one of them serves as a basis for the first licensed helicopter platform built over a building in Bulgaria, whereas the second one hosts the first panorama rolling restaurant.
Varna Towers is to host the largest entertainment park in Bulgaria.
The complex will open in the beginning of spring 2010.
